Job summary

Village of Westerville seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care per each resident’s plan, assist with ADLs, and promote independence while preserving dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, engage residents and families, participate in trainings, and uphold confidentiality. The role emphasizes love, compassion, and professional growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide care with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Deliver individualized care as per each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Participate in ongoing learning and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
