Job summary

Stonehill Communities seeks a compassionate CNA to assist residents with daily living activities and provide restorative care. You will perform bathing, dressing, eating, ambulation, and toileting tasks while respecting privacy and maintaining accurate care records.

This part-time 2nd shift position offers 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotations and holiday pay. Pay is based on experience, with shift differential for later shifts and funding options for CNA/CMA training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating and toileting.
• Provide maintenance and restorative care such as repositioning and hygiene.
• Maintain daily care notes and document care for each resident.
• Support 2nd shift schedule with weekend and holiday rotation; shifts may be 4, 8, or 12 hours.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care and build relationships with residents and families.

Assists the residents with daily living and care activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating, and toileting in accordance with the established standards and procedures. Provides maintenance and restorative care services to the residents as scheduled such as special hygiene, repositioning, toileting, and equipment servicing such as catheters and wheelchairs. Maintains related daily care and documents on each resident assigned.

Summary

Status: Part Time (20-59 hours per pay period)

This position will be scheduled in 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. The 4-hour and 8-hour shifts are scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday. The 12-hr shifts are scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.
