Job summary

Stonehill Communities in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Hospitality Cook to join an interdisciplinary team, supporting residents by serving meals, doing short order cooking, assisting with meal prep, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. You will document meals and snacks for residents.

Shifts: 1st shift, every other weekend 7:00am–3:30pm, with occasional holidays; holiday pay is double the base rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete required in-service training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and perform short order cooking for residents.
• Assist with meal prep, food safety guidelines and sanitation.
• Document meal and snack completion of residents.
• Distribute fresh ice water to residents' rooms.
