Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time first shift at Middlebrook Farms in Trumbull, CT. You will deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like setting and support residents with daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while maintaining excellent service. Prior dementia experience is desirable, and licensing is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

We're hiring Part Time on 1st Shift, 7a-3p - Scheduled days available are Sunday & Monday.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
