Frederick Health Hospital, Inc. seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 3A unit, a 26-bed team focused on orthopedic and neurological care. The CNA supports the RN and interdisciplinary team in safe, quality patient care and contributes to discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as delegated by the nurse.
• Record routine data and care provided on appropriate documents.
• Perform hourly rounding to address Pain, Potty, Personal Needs; Possessions.
• Report patient responses and progress to the nurse as needed.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
