Job summary

The CNA will perform duties including daily living assistance, hourly rounds, and data recording while adhering to hospital policies and compliance requirements. Weekend shifts and on-site responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team in safe delivery of patient care.
• Perform hourly rounding focusing on Pain, Potty, Personal Needs; Possessions.
• Record routine data and communicate patient status to the nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living as delegated by the nurse.
