St. Charles Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support multiple units with patient- and family-centered care. The CNA will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, document in the EHR, and work under supervision of nursing leadership.

Requires CNA certification and BLS; prior CNA or patient-care experience is preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by state board.
• Experience in patient care settings preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic care.
• Record vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and comply with infection control protocols.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support transportation of patients and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
