Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility.
• Measures and records vital signs and reports abnormalities to the nursing team.
• Maintains patient safety, dignity and comfort and supports fall prevention.
• Documents care in the EHR accurately and timely.
• Transports patients and supplies as needed and supports unit operations.
