• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report abnormalities to the nursing team.
• Maintain patient safety and dignity, provide personal hygiene and comfort, and support fall prevention.
