St. Charles Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient- and family-centered care across units within Missouri. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and support nursing staff while following policies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include documenting care in the electronic health record, ensuring infection prevention, and transporting patients and supplies as needed. This role requires CNA certification, BLS, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Formación

• CNA certification is required.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.
• Completion of SCHS CNA training within 45 days of hire is required.
• Experience as CNA or in patient care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Accurately measure and record vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Document care in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain infection prevention protocols and PPE usage.
• Transport patients, specimens and supplies as needed.
