HumanGood’s Terraces of Los Gatos is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide person-directed care, helping residents with daily living activities and promoting independence in a safe, compassionate environment.

We offer flexible AM/PM/NOC shifts and an on-call schedule. Pay ranges from $23 to $31 per hour DOE, with shift differentials for PM, NOC shifts, and weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care

To be successful in the role, you would have to:

• Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred as a private caregiver and/or experience in skilled nursing
• 1 year of experience or more
