Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking passionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent at home on O'ahu. You will provide bathing, grooming, dressing assistance, and medication reminders with a warm, caring presence.

Your role includes companionship, recognizing health changes, coordinating with a care team, and driving clients to appointments and errands around the island. Flexible hours and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Holds a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus, not a must.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship
• Notice the small changes in health or mood — and speak up when it matters
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island
