Job summary

Royal Health Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring, family-owned skilled nursing facilities in Norwell, MA. You will provide essential daily living assistance and contribute to high-quality, resident-centered care across long-term, sub-acute, and memory care units.

Earn $20.00–$26.50 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and access to benefits from day one, plus weekly pay and a supportive team environment focused on dignity and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a State-certified Nursing Assistant.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Ability to document accurately and protect resident privacy (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Respond promptly to resident needs in emergencies and provide supportive care in hospice settings.
• Assist nursing staff with hospice and comfort care for residents as needed.
• Help lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Document residents' information accurately while protecting confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive resident care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS

• Must be Certified by the State
• Strong understanding of resident care principles and practices.
• Ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings.
• Proficient in lifting techniques to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
• Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Memory Care and the specific needs of residents.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations during an emergency.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• This Nursing Assistant role is essential for ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their dignity and comfort throughout their healthcare journey.
