Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift. This full-time role offers $24.00/hour DOE plus a $1000 sign-on bonus and immediate openings.

You will provide resident-centered care, assist with ADLs, and support mobility and daily routines while collaborating with the care team. Qualified candidates hold a California CNA certificate, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrate a compassionate, dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition; measure and document vital signs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations.
