Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is hiring CNAs for the night shift (12-hour shifts). We offer daily pay, night shift differential, and a supportive workplace under new management.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working overnight.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs).
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition.
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care.
