Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Blue Springs, MO is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in our skilled nursing/long-term care facility. Under new management, CNAs are valued, supported, and integral to overnight resident care.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with overnight ADLs, monitoring safety, responding to call lights, documenting care, and collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification - required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Able to work overnights.

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs).
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition.
• Perform rounds and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
