Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Blue Springs, MO is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for the night shift. Join a newly managed facility that prioritizes a supportive workplace and resident-centered care.

The CNA will assist residents overnight with ADLs, monitor safety, document care, and communicate with nursing staff. We offer daily pay, a competitive hourly rate with night-shift differential, and stable 12-hour schedules.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Missouri CNA certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Willing to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs).
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition.
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
