Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the day shift in our skilled nursing facility. Under new management, CNAs are valued and supported in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily care, monitoring safety, responding to call lights, and documenting care while maintaining a clean, safe living area. Current Missouri CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification – required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly
• Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
