Job summary

Benedictine seeks a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel among Benedictine facilities, delivering direct resident care and reporting changes to the RN or LPN. You will interact with residents and Associates, ensuring dignity and choices within their lives.

Must maintain the State Nursing Assistant registry in good standing and hold a valid BLS certification. Effective communication in English and strong time-management are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart in POC system.
• Travel to multiple Benedictine facilities to provide care as required/needed.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
