Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to support multiple facilities, delivering direct resident care with dignity and respect while honoring residents' life choices.

You will travel within the Benedictine region, report changes to the RN/LPN, and document in the POC system. Strong reading, writing and English communication are essential, along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to read/write in English.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN/LPN.
• Chart responsibilities in the POC system.
• Travel to and care for residents within Benedictine region as required.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
