Job summary

Benedictine seeks a CNA-NAR (Float) to deliver direct resident care across facilities. You will report changes to RNs/LPNs and document in the POC system, while demonstrating strong time management and the ability to travel within a defined Benedictine region.

Requirements include CNA certification, BLS, and fluency in English. Must be willing to travel and interact with residents and staff in a compassionate, respectful manner.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• BLS Certification required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Willingness to travel within Benedictine region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart in POC system and manage priorities.
• Travel to care within Benedictine region as required.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.
As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
