Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple facilities, ensuring dignity and respect for residents and supporting their choices in daily living.

You will travel to designated Benedictine regions, report changes to RN/LPN, and maintain accurate charting in the POC system. The role requires good communication, English proficiency, and a valid state CNA registry.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
