Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel across facilities, providing direct resident care with dignity and respect, while supporting residents' choices in their lives.

You will report condition changes to RN/LPN and demonstrate strong time management as you travel within the Benedictine region to cover shifts and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN; documents in POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travels within a designated Benedictine region to provide care as needed.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
