Job summary

Kisco Senior Living seeks a Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn in Virginia Beach to enhance residents' lives through compassionate care and meaningful connections. You’ll assist with ADLs, support independence, and help create a welcoming, safe environment with person-centered care.

The role offers full-time 2p-10p and part-time 1st/2nd shifts, a base rate of $17.75–$18.25/hr plus a $1.50/hr evening differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• CNA / NA or PCA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and meaningful connections. This position supports residents with daily activities, encourages independence, and helps create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive while receiving exceptional person-centered care.

• $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months **

Schedules Full Time 2p-10p & Part Time 1st & 2nd shift

Resident Assistant (RA)

• Base Rate $17.75 - $18.25/hr
• Evening Shift Differential +$1.50/hr
