Kisco Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn in Virginia Beach, VA. The role emphasizes compassionate care, assisting residents with daily activities, and nurturing independence in a person-centered environment.

This position is offered as Full-Time and Part-Time with competitive pay and benefits. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is provided, plus a base rate of $17.75–$18.25 per hour and a $1.50 evening differential, along with paid vacation and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards.

The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and meaningful connections. • $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months **

Schedules Full Time 2p-10p & Part Time 1st & 2nd shift

Resident Assistant (RA)

• Base Rate $17.75 - $18.25/hr
• Evening Shift Differential +$1.50/hr
