Capella Recovery is seeking a dependable CNA/MHT to join our behavioral health team in Alpharetta, GA. This full-time role offers either a 3:00 PM-11:00 PM or 11:00 PM-7:00 AM shift with weekend availability required.

The CNA/MHT provides direct patient support, assists with daily living, and maintains a safe, therapeutic environment while documenting observations and collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA license/certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder, residential treatment, or psychiatric experience preferred.
• Must be available to work 3:00 PM-11:00 PM or 11:00 PM-7:00 AM.
• Weekend availability required.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care and support in a behavioral health setting.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Complete scheduled patient observations and safety rounds.
• Observe and document changes in patient behavior, mood, functioning, or safety concerns.
• Report medical, behavioral, or safety concerns to nursing staff.
