Collingswood Manor is hiring a Memory Care CNA. Earn $21.50 to $24.25 per hour based on experience. Part-time and per diem evening shifts are available. We offer strong benefits and a supportive work environment in a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification is required.
• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension are required.
• Experience in memory care is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene in memory care.
• Follow each resident's care plan and document care for team alignment.
• Make regular rounds to provide consistent, familiar support.
• Assist with mealtimes and mobility equipment as needed.
• Build relationships with residents and provide compassionate care.

CNA - Memory Care

Earn $21.50 to $24.25 an hour as a Memory Care CNA at Collingswood Manor, based on your experience. Per diem and part-time evening shifts are open now.

What you'll do:

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene in our memory care neighborhood
• Follow each resident's care plan and document care so the whole team stays on the same page
• Make regular rounds so residents get consistent, familiar support
• Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment
• Build real relationships with residents, not just check boxes

What you'll need (required):

• Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Comfortable working in a memory care setting
• Able to complete a flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available) and pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or long-term care
