Job summary

United Methodist Communities in Collingswood is seeking a Memory Care CNA to assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities while following care plans in our memory care neighborhood.

We offer part-time evening shifts and per diem, with competitive pay of $21.50 to $24.25 per hour plus benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, tuition assistance, PTO, retirement plan, and support programs.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Comfortable working in memory care setting.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

CNA - Memory Care

Earn $21.50 to $24.25 an hour as a Memory Care CNA at Collingswood Manor, based on your experience. Per diem and part-time evening shifts are open now.

What you'll do:

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene in our memory care neighborhood
• Follow each resident's care plan and document care so the whole team stays on the same page
• Make regular rounds so residents get consistent, familiar support
• Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment
• Build real relationships with residents, not just check boxes

What you'll need (required):

• Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Comfortable working in a memory care setting
• Able to complete a flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available) and pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or long-term care
