Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living and administer medications under clinical supervision.

Shifts include Day 7am–3:30pm (16 hrs/week), Afternoon 3pm–11:30pm (32 hrs/week) and Afternoon 3pm–11:30pm (24 hrs/week) with every other weekend. State CNA certification and Medication Administration certification required; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
• Administration of medication to residents.
