The Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls is seeking a CNA to join our caring nursing team, providing hands-on support to Veterans and spouses in a homelike environment with predictable scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with meals and hydration; monitor intake.
• Observe and report changes to the nurse; document vitals as needed.
• Maintain a clean, homelike environment and promote dignity.
