Ottumwa Regional Health Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join the Acute Rehab unit on a full-time day schedule, 36 hours per week with every other weekend. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork, and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification is required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• 75+ Hour CNA Certification required; show proof upon hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate support to ORHC Mission and Core Values.
• Follow hospital policies including Employee Handbook and Policy Stat.
• Communicate through chain of command to raise concerns and suggestions.
• Act with integrity and report questionable practices to ethics/compliance channels.
• Provide a friendly greeting and maintain a clean, organized work area and station.
