Job summary

Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for the Med/Surg unit on full-time night shifts. Schedule: 36 hours per week, every other weekend.

You will follow hospital policies, support teamwork, and uphold the ORHC mission and values. Requirements include a CNA certification and BLS within 30 days of hire; a 75+ hour CNA certification and high school diploma. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• 75+ Hour CNA Certification (must show proof of cert upon hire) required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate support and adherence to the ORHC Mission and Core Values.
• Be knowledgeable and compliant with hospital policies including the Employee Handbook and Policy Stat.
• Utilize your chain of command to raise concerns and suggestions.
• Demonstrate integrity and report questionable practices through appropriate channels.
• Act as an ambassador for Ottumwa Regional Health Center and maintain a clean, organized work area.
