Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Stillwell, WV, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for long-term care. You will provide direct personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.

• Observe residents for changes in physical or behavioral condition and report findings promptly to the charge nurse.
• Use proper transfer, lifting and positioning techniques to maintain resident and staff safety.
• Document care provided in the resident record and follow infection control and safety policies.

Job Summary

Observes and reports changes in resident condition and documents care provided.

Education & Experience
