Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Long Term Care setting. The role provides direct personal care and daily living support to residents under nurse supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal service, and hydration; recording intake/output and vital signs as directed. Maintain safety, documentation, and infection control per policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification in the state of practice is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

Provides direct personal care and activities of daily living support to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Assists residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and nutrition while promoting dignity, independence and safety. Observes and reports changes in resident condition and documents care provided.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent: Required
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
