Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Towson, MD is seeking a CNA-I to join our compassionate team. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, plus daily pay and competitive wages.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, observe and report changes, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment under supervision. We value dignity, respect, and teamwork in delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide supportive care for residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.

$17.25 - $27 / hour (all-inclusive)

Shift Diff $1.75 on Weekdays

Responsibilities for CNA-I:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.

• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNA-I:
