Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Catonsville, MD is seeking a CNA-I for full-time and PRN roles with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. The position pays $18-$23.50 per hour, all-inclusive, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The facility is a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care center focused on compassionate, resident-centered care. Active CNA-I certification and BLS/CPR are required, with strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for CNA-I:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNA-I:

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.
