Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: One year preferred; one year in long-term care or assisted living, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required.
• Listed with the nurse aide registry as NA I, required.
• Medication Safety - AME, required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire, required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as scheduled.
• Report any change in status to the Charge Nurse.
