Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and follow directions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have no substantiated findings on the NC Personnel Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Notify ED/Administrator of medical needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation on resident services.

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry minimum 50 pounds

Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and reach overhead

Education

C.N.A or Personal Care Aide Certificate (80-Hour)
