Corewell Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Continuing Care unit at SITE - Grand Rapids. You will provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, supporting daily activities and following patient care plans to ensure comfort and safety.
The role requires a Michigan CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Michigan driver’s license. This is a part-time daytime position with duties in patient care, documentation, and safety compliance.
Resource Hybrid: Primarily Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kent, and Ottawa counties. Areas may include: Spring Lake, Allegan, Plainwell, Hastings, SE GR, Kentwood, Cascade, Grandville, Holland, Zeeland
