Altra Home Health is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care that supports patients’ daily needs, comfort, and independence. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor health, and report changes to supervisors in a home setting.

Requirements include being 18+, a valid driver’s license, CPR, and preferred 1 year of experience. CNAs may be hired as HHAs, with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and accurately document care provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to comply with all State and Federal training requirements.
• CNAs may be hired as HHAs and perform the same essential functions.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient laundry and light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide friendly medication reminders and monitor patient condition.
• Support patient safety and ambulation; report changes to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Monitor and record temperature and document care protocols.
• Provide bathing assistance and meaningful companionship.
• Assist with range of motion and simple activities.
