Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Able to read, follow written instructions, and accurately document care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient laundry and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support patient safety at all times.
• Report significant changes to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
