5. Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
6. Engage in compassionate conversations and offer emotional support.
7. Provide companionship to clients and families.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
3. Valid certification as a Home Health Aide.
4. At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
5. Excellent communication and empathy skills.
6. Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper mechanics.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
8. Current CPR certification.
