Parx Home Care is looking for a talented Home Health Aide or CNA to join our team! The Home Health Aide will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist individuals with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Remind clients to take medication and assist with administration.
3. Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to healthcare team.
4. Perform light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
5. Prepare and serve meals meeting dietary requirements.
6. Engage in compassionate conversations and offer emotional support.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program or CNA license.
3. Valid certification as a Home Health Aide.
4. At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
5. Excellent communication and empathy skills.
6. Ability to safely lift and move clients with proper mechanics.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. Current CPR certification.
