Parx Home Care is seeking a talented Home Health Aide to join our dedicated team. This role offers the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Remind and help clients with medication management.
3. Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to healthcare professionals.
4. Perform light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
5. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements.
6. Engage in compassionate conversations and provide emotional support.
7. Offer companionship to clients and their families.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
3. Valid certification as a Home Health Aide.
4. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
5. Excellent communication and empathy skills.
6. Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. Current CPR certification.
