Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is seeking a PRN CNA/Home Care Aide for our Home Health Department. The role provides in-home support including ADLs and patient comfort with compassionate care.

The position offers a supportive culture, flexible scheduling, and pay based on experience. A 75-hour CNA certification and a valid driver’s license are required to be considered.

Qualifications

• 75-hour CNA certification from an accredited program.
• BLS certification is a plus; certification is required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus; certification is required as an employee.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a PRN - as needed position in our Home Health Department for a CNA/Home Care Aide.

Home Health RN Responsibilities:

• Assist Home Health patients in their home with ADL's including bathing, hair care, oral hygiene, skin care, cleaning of ostomy sites, foot soaks, application of medicated emollients as described on the patients plan of care, range of motion exercises as prescribed on patients plan of care, dressing, transfers, application of support garments, obtaining weights, Catheter care, application of specific skin barriers or simple dressings and reporting to RN.

Requirements:

• 75-hour Certified Nursing Aide certification from an accredited program
• BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
