Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to support seniors at home across Kailua and the island. We offer part-time or full-time roles with weekly pay and flexible hours to fit your life.

Candidates must hold Hawaii NA/CNA certification, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with mobility support. Join a caring team dedicated to independence and safety for our clients.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus, not a must.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice changes in health or mood and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
