Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is recruiting a Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home personal care and health-related services, supporting patients and their families in Indiana. You will perform daily living activities, monitor conditions, and maintain safety during in-home visits, while adhering to state requirements and company policies.

The role emphasizes compassionate caregiving, flexibility, and strong communication with a care team.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• State-specific registration on the aide registry (Indiana) required.

Responsibilities

• May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including peri care and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair.
• Transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet
• Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager
• Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when business travel is required
• Assists with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
