Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home support and personal care, helping clients stay safely in their own homes. Responsibilities include daily living tasks, transportation assistance, and monitoring health needs with EVV documentation.

Preferred candidates have CPR certification, 6+ months home care experience, and the ability to work flexible hours independently, with strong reliability and suitable transportation.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
