Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Brockton, MA is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring wellbeing.

This per diem role offers flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate of $19–$20.25, and a benefits program including training and wellness programs. Prior CNA licensure and experience with dementia are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Per Diem - all shifts!

$19/hr - $20.25/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
