Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment. This per diem role covers all shifts and requires a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and engage residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Per Diem - all shifts

$18/hr - $19.25/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
